If you feel (and are struggling with)…

  • The high expectations of family, school, and chapter

  • The pressure from your peers to fit in

  • Chronic comparison of yourself to others and over-competitiveness

  • Fear of judgement, as well as constant self-criticism

  • Self-doubt and anxiety - about your choice of major, your choice of chapter, your direction in life after school, and/or who you are as a person

  • Overwhelmed with your responsibilities - unable to stay organized and manage your time effectively, often procrastinating

Than allow me to support you in…

  • Blocking out the noise of external pressures and learning to lead from your own inner compass, while satisfying said responsibilities

  • Becoming clear and confident in who you are, making choices from your own system of values, setting respectful, empowered boundaries with others

  • Stopping the comparison game, finding peace in who you are, respecting others and developing a healthy relationship with competition

  • Learning to release the fear of judgement and be kind to yourself - becoming your own best friend and advocate

  • Getting clear on your direction in life, understanding your values, your interests, your passions and your gifts

  • Staying organized, developing healthy habits, managing your time efficiently and with balance

You’ll leave our coaching work together grounded in and loving who you are, intrinsically motivated, unshakeably confident (humble, too), and powerfully purposeful.

Young Greek Leaders

(currently enrolled and recent grads - fraternity & sororities)

My undergraduate experience was heavily impacted by my involvement in Greek Life. As a Pi Kappa Phi at The George Washington University, I joined an organization sincere in heart and abundant in play. It was the service orientation that planted a seed deep within me, in fine balance with the usual shenanigans of fraternity life (albeit tame enough at GW for my participation - I would not have participated in Greek Life if hazing were involved).

Learning the ropes of life through a socially engaged and intentional organization was a meaningful contribution, if not the most important one, of my college years. And many of the brothers that walked alongside me as wee Freshmen have grown alongside me as empowered, loving men in their 30’s. Our relationships run deeper than any I’ve forged elsewhere in life. For that, I am incredibly grateful.

Yet I know the challenges of the Greek Life experience, many of which are the same as for any college-aged student, but which can be heightened by the added peer and organizational pressures that fraternity and sorority members experience. I experienced these myself, and only through the deep personal healing and growth work that I’ve committed to in my 20’s and beyond, have I been able to rise above some of the unhelpful conditioning Greek Life culture embedded in me. It is thus my mission to support Young Greek Leaders in overcoming these challenges, in order to make the most out of their college opportunity, to grow into self-loving, empowered, young leaders who may have a positive impact on the world around them.
